Swimming Pools (2)
Location: Phase I and Phase III
Hours: Open 7 am – 10 pm daily
Opens : Open year round
Old Town has two pools for the use of its residents and guests:
• A pool in Phase I, next to the clubhouse
• A pool in Phase III, next to the tennis courts
A pool key is required for use of pools.
Replacement keys can be purchased from the management company, Goodwin Management,with proof of residency.
There are no lifeguards on duty – you swim at your own risk.
There are no restrooms for use poolside. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be accompanied by the resident, with a maximum of 4 guests at a time. No pets, glass containers, cooking grills, running, diving, loud music, or roughhousing is allowed. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool.
Tennis Courts
Location: Phase III
Hours: 7am – 10pm
Opens : Year round
Old Town has two tennis courts for the use of its residents and guests, located in Phase III, next to the pool area. The tennis Courts are lighted, open 7am – 10pm, year round.
Guests must be accompanied by the resident, with a maximum of 4 guests at a time. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Skateboards, bicycles and all other wheeled vehicles are prohibited on the tennis court. Breakable containers are not allowed on the courts.
The courts have new nets and cranks, and are ready for you.
